Here's an alternate cold war scenario:

The flags for Deutsches Reich (rather than Bundesrepublik), Czechoslovakia, and Poland are the same.

If I remember correctly, it's because the lake that this Salt Lake City is on was historically in OTL called Salt Lake.

I think I found what you may be referring to. It's called Onondaga Lake, but was at one point called Salt Lake. It's still a bit of a stretch to say that the city would still be called Salt Lake.

A mini-map about alternate North America in 1825.
Premise: New France somehow survives, and later becomes the USA of this timeline.
Also: New Netherland; two english-speaking states: slaveholding Columbia and FRA-influenced New England; multi-cultural, revolutionary, and fairly democratic Free State of El Dorado (founded by spanish, french, english and russian settlers); Mexican Empire; independent Florida (with columbian settlers); and Russian America. Northeastern Canada remains unclaimed and unsettled (for now); however, Danish crown seems to preparing for claiming the land soon.
Darker color depicts territories, paler with dark-grey border depicts indian reservations.

I like this idea, never seen anything like it before. I'm working on a map depicting if the Dutch were never pushed out by the British.

Any reason why Salt Lake City is not at the Great Salt Lake?

The salt springs in the area historically were important prior to the arrival of industry. The influx of white settlers is redirected by the Pennamite-Yankee wars of TTL, by both Connecticut ownership of the Western Reserve, and by Joseph Grants second campaign which caused Settlers to abandon the area. Salt Lake is paradoxically smaller than OTL at the time, but more important to New York State as the salt mining is one of its main competitive advantages. The name sticks in TTL, in part to assert American dominance of the land in question. The people who would iotl become Mormons in this world are coopted by the Gaiweyo movement, and the settlers who are exploring the Great Basin iTTL are Mexicans, Chinese, and Irish.

Both! Estonia and Lusatia are condominiæ.

And what happened to China and England?
After Scotland and Norn Iron broke off, England adopted a combination of St David's and George's crosses as their flag.
China became democratic through slow reforms - I let the butterfly net down for China to prevent Xi.

Sadly, yes. Jerusalem's a neutral free city that's largely replaced Switzerland in international discourse, and the JAO was set up as a "replacement Israel" - though not many Jews actually moved there.

The Mashriq went on a bit of a Neo-Phœnician phase, and hey, at least the quarrelling stopped for a few seconds.

The Union Jack was repurposed as the flag of the Commonwealth. the old one was ugly as sin and hard to draw anyway

It's actually being cut in half by the officially (but not in practice) welsh-speaking Mapwtie, which is definitely not an English puppet state why would you ask that?

Set in an post-ISOT scenario in which an area with a substantial Portuguese community is transported to a virgin Earth and the community begins attempts to rebuild a glorious Portuguese nation. Unfortunately, they don't get to claim Portugal proper, but they are able to get two areas as a consolation prize: the historically Portuguese-influenced East Coast of New England (up to Portuguese-discovered Newfoundland) and a swath of Northern Europe. Made in Cities:Skylines, these images show the settlements that they have founded 200 years afterward.

I love this! You've definitely peaked my interest in your TL. Do you have any plans for a worlda or other "actual" world amp in the works?
