Part of that is with the mountains, it appears that Corsica and Sardinia are one land mass and that Italy is attached to Sicily

Once I tried to reverse the satellite Map in my iPad just to see how Europe looked like from upside down. It came to me to reverse the view on classical civilization as well. So Denmark became Greece, the Balkans became Germania Magna, Italy became the distant frontier and the British Empire became the Roman Empire. Gibiltar Was still the edge of the world, but in the other sense.
Unproductive to the map thread. What is this ? Please elaborate for this post, love.
