My last post regarding the issue. And Ill before the mods come crashing down, Ill just note that I did not start this

Is the situation i Israeli Proper and for Israeli Citizens all rosy and shiny? Ofcourse not. But what nation can say so? Even in egalitarian nations like the Scandinavian, you can find issues where different social strata to a certain degree is not equal under the law.

All things considered, I have no problem with stating that Israeli citizens are by and under Israeli law equal.

If we're going to play that game, the Soviet constitution of 1936 guaranteed equal rights too.

Not comparable at all. And if you fail to comprehend the difference, it is not my problem.

Heck you might as well bring up the American constitution in this case, too. All men were created equal, except for the blacks, Jews, Irish, Japanese, natives, so on at various points in history and even still today in various ways.

Eh, no. When the US constitution was made, it was very clear that it at best was white males that was created equal. Is there still issues in US and other nations? Yes, ofcourse. The world is not perfect.

I intend to briefly resurrect one of my favorite TLs again- Deo Vindice which is set in a world where Europe disappeared (ISOT replaced by virgin Earth) in 1906. Unlike most ISOT TLs, the focus of Deo Vindice is on the cultural and religious response to the ISOT, something that I feel most ISOT TLs don't spend enough time addressing.

The timescale is a few hundred years, so things happen. France officially dissolved on 2089 after the collapse of the federal government and seperatists movements inspired by Brittany. Germany collapsed in 2134 after the Moderate party lost central power and pan-islamists attempted a coup up north.

A pretty nice place to live, even if their radical atheism is verging batshit insane. Formed after a corporatist faction seized power after a failed coup attempt by the Pan-Islamists and eventually absorbed Denmark and the areas of the Swedish Ummah under secular revolt.

Question from an interested party: what is exactly involved in radical atheism? Is it an antitheist rage against the god(/s) or a sort of witch hunt of the religious?

Nice. I'm surprised neither East Africa or Mozambique has expanded into fragmented Tanzania, at least to the extent of establishing puppet/client states.
