Reading over it briefly, I can see that apparently the population of the canton actually asked the King of Prussia to be their monarch, which he then justified with claims of his lineage (instead of, you know, accepting that commoners had the right to choose their leader). But yes, I think the Germans would be more than happy to let Switzerland be a functional anarchy or something. They might want to be able to go through Castle Habsburg to get some old family mementos, but I assume Victor Frankenstein or his successors would be squatting there.

Well, actually the Kaiser is species-wise a "Demon Hunter"(Renamed to Astralæ for the political correctness), but- he's an atheist that was summoned there from an OTL like tl (or even OTL? At least he was living in EU) with his friend (who also is atheist and Astralæ) and they kinda were summoned in the middle of the Slovene Demonic State. Since they were atheists they couldn't even care less about church and their "racial destiny" and Kaiser Friedrich ended up having an archwitch as his wife and sitting on the Habsburg's throne

(I just shortened 15000 letters/4000 words of text to 50-100 words so don't expect that it makes sense rn)

By the way, Switzerland really is this kind of anarchy/HRE since they kinda went shit during the demonic revolutionary wars (~70 States (duchies, demon States, principalities, republics, five lombardies, sixteen coburgs etc))
