I'm not sure about the British Falklands (or Malvinas, depending on your POV) and Belize. Also, independent Liberia? The Nazis would never tolerate an independent state governed by people they viewed as subhuman. Additionally, the Nazis had plans to invade and divide up South America, so the continued independence of all of those countries is fairly implausible, especially if German conquered America. Also, the Japanese conquest of Alaska, and only Alaska, in North America is really strange. Germany conquering India- a territory clearly coveted by the Japanese, who were allied with the Indian National Army- is also pretty off, especially considering the fact that Japan claimed Australia and New Zealand, both of which have significant populations of caucasians (a fact important to consider because the Germans were pretty eager to protect whites). There are several quality elements though- I like your inclusion of independent Portugal and Sweden, and also the Romanians, Hungarians, Fins, and Bulgarians. I would advise adding internal territorial divisions, particularly around the Greater German Reich, a region that was frequently considered separate from the rest of the Reich's territory.
