So how is the south supposed to have won? What was the impetus for the British being able to exert the influence required to take so much of the American north and all of Oregon?
A pity Hungary, Finland, or Romania did not make it, and are mere puppets.
Thank you for not making the Axis near as evil as they were IOTL, because otherwise I can't really stomach these kinds of maps (with their implications of mass genocide and all). Without those implications, it's pretty nice (though I feel like the Axis would probably rejigger some borders, out of spite if nothing else, and also that obviously this kind of Threeist division of the world could never actually happen).
Here's a very early, very unpolished and very not set in stone WIP. The names on my makeshift easy-to-remember legend might give some clues. I still should have taken people's advice when they said that the colors are going to do me in.

Yeah, initially I included them, but I realized that they were so deep in the German sphere of influence that independent governments couldn't last long.
Though if Germany isn't absolutely morally repulsive ITTL, maybe their alliance during WWII wasn't just one of convenience?Point. I would have think Finland would have kept it's independent government.

Uhhhh....
War still kills a lot of people. And I doubt that Nazi Germany just allows political opponents to live. Conquering the USSR leads to a lot of communists in your borders, meaning a lot of people who hate you, and that means a lot of people need to be killed.
Any timeline where the Axis exists as fascist powers means a lot of people die.
Map I'm working on for the Dawning Light NG in the Shared Worlds. Premise is Medieval America.

Lots of Russians were opposed to the Communist regime, since it meant starvation for most of them

Not to sound like a tankie, but is this part of the ATL? Because IOTL that was definitely not true...
