Why is Northern Ireland still a separate entity from Ireland?
The high Protestant population of Northern Ireland still caused conflict. It was easier just to divide the island between the Ulster Socialist Commonwealth and the Irish Socialist Commonwealth. Both of them have a overarching parliament called the Unified Irish Congress that they both send members to.

There was some call for large Polands? Sorry it's late.

And why did they need to drag the Catholic areas of OTL Northern Ireland with them as well?

Mild border variations due to me not looking at an exact map of the Protestant version of Northern Ireland when I was making the map.
In universe explanation, Catholics in Northern Ireland and Protestants in Southern Ireland were relocated by the government of the UCSC to prevent conflict between the two.

Given that South Ireland has almost no Protestants, sounds like you just forced a couple hundred thousand Catholics out of their homes for no good reason.

OK, here's the latest in the series. Switzerland takes inspiration from Upvoteanthology's "Swiss Siberia", while Spain is essentially a cover of Goldstein/Silas-Coldwine's "Madrid Eterna". Not entirely happy with South Africa, which is perhaps too Draka while not being Draka enough, so to speak.

Also Bruce you didn't cover Scotland, which makes me think your Ireland wank will need a seasoned hand in Irish wankery to guide you.

I'm afraid of what the Russia-wank will be. I know you've done a cover of Royalpsycho's map for that but still.

And will, uh, Sealand get one?

Wallace Stays On
Henry Wallace stays on as Vice President for the 1944 election, and would succeed FDR after his death in 1945. President Wallace oversaw the end of World War II in Europe, with the surrender of Nazi Germany, and would also oversee Operation Downfall, the land invasion of the Japanese Home Islands. America and the Allies emerged victorious from Downfall, but millions of American soldiers would have gone down whilst fighting in Japan.

After the war, Wallace took a lowkey approach in the European occupation, maintaining a positive attitude towards the Soviets, and allowing for millions in US aid to be given to the rebuilding countries of Europe. Critics of Wallace today like to point out his lowkey approach, stating that 'he had gifted the Soviets many new puppet states to enforce communism upon.' Prime examples include Italy; which devolved into a civil war, eventually splitting North-South, with a communist north and a capitalist south. States such as Piedmont and Venice would also emerge from the civil war; and Turkey, which would also enter a civil war, and would become a Soviet puppet after losing lands to Greece and being somewhat partitioned by the communists into other countries.

Henry Wallace would lose his re-election bid to Governor Thomas E. Dewey in 1948, who now has to deal with communist intervention in Berlin, and the looming communist presence within North Korea and socialist Hokkaido.

(idk i might continue this into a real timeline soon)

Well, I'll just have to make Russia even bigger, won't I?

As for Sealand, my one limitation on this is that I'm sticking to countries with over 2 million inhabitants - unless I decide otherwise!

Never stop being awesome.
(Btw, why is Italy a part of Syria in the top right scenario?)

Thanks! Conquered by the First Universal Caliphate, lost when it fell apart, reconquered by the Second Universal Caliphate, partially lost to Christendom when _that_ fell apart, but Syria swept in and saved the by-this-time-Islamicized southern Italians from conquest by the Christian fanatics of Greater Switzerland.

Anychance you will get to England? I would be interested in seeing a map where they completely make Wales and the Lowlands English.

That will go under Great Britain (after doing the USA, wasn't quite up to embarking on the UK right after)

What is this series about?

Wanks!

Okay, I think I finally found all the cities whose names I forgot to fill in.

For context: there was this strategy game called “March of War” that was shut down a few years back. I never played it but I found out about it a little while ago and I thought the lore and diesel-punk style was pretty cool. Here’s one of the playable nations: The United Republic, circa 1939, with the Soviet Union across the Bering Strait and the “Latin Junta” to the south
