I like it! However, the title needs a bit of fixing.
It looks like it is in Estonian, which is slightly unlikely to become the main language of a Baltic Union, but stranger things have happened.
But at the moment it uses a translative case (it literally reads "Livonian becomes a protectorate Korea"). Using a simple nominative case would be better. This would be Liivi protektoraat Korea üle (literally "Livonian protectorate over Korea).
Another possibility would be using actual Livonian. Scores of butterflies need to be slaughtered for that to happen, because Livonian is an extinct language, but it would look pretty cool, I think.
In Livonian the title would read Līvõ protektoraņt i’ļ Korea (I probably got it right, but not 100% sure, because, well, it's an extinct language).
Thank you. I am unfamiliar with all of the rules of Estonian as I am utterly untrained in it. I will keep that in mind in the future. A lot of my one shot maps tend to involve the Baltic states and in particular Estonia and related cultures.
