That's right. Rather than a federal government, the three countries exchange MPs and Cabinet members. It's an odd setup, for our world at least. I was unsure how to show such a thing on a map.

In terms of national identity, the three kingdoms definitely consider one another to be foreign nations, albeit close friends and partners.
I think a supranational outline would work.

Do you think East Moscow is a bit of a stretch? That is quite a distance away from Japan

Very early stage WiP, mostly based on the idea "what if Edward VII dies in the winter of 1871", resulting in republicanism becoming the dominant school of thought among British Liberals and proto-Labour groups and the British grasp over the settler colonies and India slipping away in the following forty-ish years. Canada decided to embrace the United States in the early 1880s, the Cape Colony revolted in the mid-1890s (and teamed up with the Boer republics in a relatively loose union which even involves a few protectorates), India (and Burma) and Australasia parted with London in the 1910s and the late 1900s respectively.

France and Russia (and Russia's Balkan allies) are seen as being in opposition to an alliance between Germany, Austria-Hungary, Italy and South Africa (also Romania, Liechtenstein and Albania, but who cares about them?). Russia also has to worry about Japan and their pan-Asian allies, even though Russia had hoped that the partition of Korea might have been enough to placate Japanese aggression. The United British Republic, Portugal, China, the United States and India are the noteworthy neutrals, though India in particular is hindered by an extremely weak federal government.

Massive Chinese insurgency?

I don't see why this would necessarily happen? But it really depends on how Japan is acting towards the Chinese.

To what degree is the Polish Republic actually Polish?

judging by the description, it seems population transfers have made it fairly Polish.

Ok i found the date after reading the deviantart page, 1970 right?
Also a noticed that this map only had a write up (in a language i am not familiar with) on deviantart but not here, why don't we get a write up too :'(.;)

i mean i guess i could just use google translate but that would jumble the words pretty bad.

Here's a google translation of that description. It's not perfect, but it's understandable. Hope Serafim is okay with me posting this.

Serafim and Google Translate said:
Since the Great Victory over the communist forces of evil took several years. During this time the winners of the country held a number of conferences, confirmed the validity of old agreements, have condemned the innocent and uninvolved awarded. Everything is as usual.

Naturally, after the fall of the Soviet Union and the French border in Eurasia and Africa, have undergone major changes. First it was distributed to French and Italian colonies. Large chunk of the US got a little less got Britain and Germany, on the little things perepalo the Netherlands, Belgium and Spain. Paris Asian colonies in full independence and have received under the Japanese left wing. Everything is as usual. In Europe and the former Soviet Union, things went a little more interesting. The Allies started a new migration of peoples in order to expand the boundaries of historical Europe. Polish lands were transferred to the Germans, the Poles moved to the Ukrainian and Belarusian territory where natives evicted more east - on the territory of the RSFSR, and from there were deported Russian Therefore all countries in Eastern Europe substantially moved to the Urals. From continental states most perepalo Germany, she is the most aggrieved party to the conflict, received hundreds of reparations, Alsace-Lorraine, and a heap of the colony areas in the east. Not bad settled separated by the Soviet regime oppressed Romanians and Poles Lithuanians. Surprisingly, the Poles in the loser also did not remain: they are now borders on the Dnieper and came close to Kiev. As far as the Ukrainians themselves, in the territory of the former Voronezh and Belgorod regions of Galicia will be a new New and Volyn, with the corresponding population.

As for Russia, a long time allies seriously considered version of the full abolition of the Russian state, but in the course of negotiations and intense discussions have prevailed more sensible ideas and it was decided to save Russia. Of course, in political terms, from the previous regime was not left one stone upon another, thousands of supporters of the Stalinist regime have been sentenced to death, even more went to prison the new Federal Republic of Russia. The new state was essentially cut off on all sides, it had no right to the army and was studded with dozens of foreign bases, but nevertheless managed to maintain the unity of Russia. Further to the east began the Japanese sphere of influence. There's all the same, without any frills. A pile of pseudo-independent state under the Japan with the ideology of "Asia for Asians". Since Aboriginal except there, and so no one particular did not have to hold segregation. Besides the Siberian Republic, where former national minorities are now at the helm, and Russian were punished in connection with what had to flee to the west.

Globally, the situation is relatively calm. Cold War as well as the major international military units there. Europe is focused on the domestic recovery, the Japanese are slowly digested and won survivors red sit quieter water below the grass.

This is just a little map I'm working on for a side project novel. It's not much, but here's Andalore. First, the biome map, then the nation map, then a blank one. The Roman-y looking group of nations is a sort of HRE-like state. During the course of the book, it's pretty near collapse. In the biome, light blue is tundra, dark blue is taiga, dark green is temperate forest, light green is plains, brown is mountains, and tan is desert. This is only the north part of the continent.
