Well, I'm going to need a list of changes from OTL 1970 then.
Alright, the Czech Republic splits from Slovakia, the former being free while the latter is Communist. Also, Yugoslavia becomes a Soviet Ally so is shaded red.
In Africa, Portugal retains part of Angola while the rest becomes independent (the map is located in the Angola update). They are still fighting in Mozambique so you should probably shade it red.
Biafra is independent (OTL borders plus the Edo and Delta provinces) and the rest of Nigeria is communist.
Spain keeps Spanish Morocco and Britain keeps Gambia and Belize as colonies. Plus, if you include Israel they have the Sinai and Golan in addition to their pre OTL 1967 boundaries, plus share control of the canal with Britain and Egypt

At last, the war is over! I've really enjoyed this map series. The USSR occupation zones look very realistic, I think. I'm curious what will happen to the occupied countries in the long term. I sense that the occupying powers, especially the US, have spread their armies rather thin at this point, and will be anxious to delegate some of their world policing to trustworthy allies. Or...maybe we'll just see Kazakhstan become the 51st state?
Thanks!
The map on the 50th year will be today

You meant Spanish Sahara (since Spanish Morocco was already ceded in the 1950s)

The D&D setting map I've been playing with has been expanded a bit after half a year of gaming. This is the result. It´s still very much a WIP.

The only thing i can think of is everyone got they hands on spirit weapons and bombs, a big arm race, and ending up blowing the world to Ereshkigal herself.

I'm not going to say much before the big reveal (though you may want to read the (Google Translated) Chinese text to get some idea)

Ok this is the 50th year but what date?
So Italy lost all overseas possessions and I see France lost french Guyana and all of there african colonies, But kept there Islands in the caribbean and and ST Lawrence gulf?
What about Clipperton island south of Mexico? it has no coloured pixels, is it french or did Mexico take it (me thinks they would, they claimed it OTL). What about Madagascar and the French islands in the Indian and Pacific oceans?
Corsica is a US protectorate right? surly not a state.
How in the hell is Japan going to hold down so much of Asia?

Very good. Scotland, England, and Kemr are supposed to be partially integrated, though.
That's right. Rather than a federal government, the three countries exchange MPs and Cabinet members. It's an odd setup, for our world at least. I was unsure how to show such a thing on a map.

In terms of national identity, the three kingdoms definitely consider one another to be foreign nations, albeit close friends and partners.
