Beinfreiheit? For those non-German speakers of the board, could you translate?
"Legroom", according to the de/en dictionary I use, or literally "leg-freedom".

I'd rather not turn this into a low effort trend but I thought it was interesting so I'll throw my "where I've been" onto the pile.
Human Civilization is slightly ahead of schedule. Made very hastily just for fun.

And here is a map of states I've been to as well (in blue, vice the US standard turquoise);
Cool idea! You should break it down by county if you can.Started thinking about all the places I've been. I started loosing track and decided to make a map out of them, then got bored and decided to make it a country. I can add foreign nations/states/provinces on request.
ArcMap is calling to you...Thought I would join in the fun. Dark is places I'm sure about, light is places I'm not sure of (I wasn't sure which counties certain highways or rail lines went through).

Interesting idea! Here's mine:
Are y'all excluding other countries to keep it simple or because you haven't been to any?And here is a map of states I've been to as well (in blue, vice the US standard turquoise);
It's a neat concept.I'd rather not turn this into a low effort trend but I thought it was interesting so I'll throw my "where I've been" onto the pile.
My own British equivalent, differentiating visit (dark) and travelling through (light).
Plenty of sources exist, I just feel lazy.ArcMap is calling to you...
That's a big map.

Leg room. Bruchmann wants Germany to be the dominant power on the Continent, and so he is now attempting to neutralize France by way of his geopolitical payday loan of an intervention.Beinfreiheit? For those non-German speakers of the board, could you translate?
It should be calling lots of people. If not ArcMap, then any other type of GIS software.
I love properly projected maps. Maps of single countries and continents really shouldn't be greatly distorted.
.
A alternate world where the continents are drastically different in shape and countries were never formed leaving over 1000 city-states scattered all over the Earth. I didn't really think about realistic-ness while making this so you may count this as ASB.
Well, not quite, for example Doggerland surviving due to an averted Storegga Event wouldn't have too much effect; Sapiens sapiens would still end up on top and there is nothing stopping them from forming civilizations. The same is true with plenty of other relatively small geographic PODs; the Netherlands could also be wiped out by said event for instance; the Suez Seaway could reopen; various lakes and rivers could avoid extinction or change courses...Geographic PoDs are ASB by default, since anything that alters the development of continents would surely prevent humanity from developing in any remotely historical fashion.

Sure, but what he's saying is that a scenario like "In a world where Doggerland survived what effect would that have on World War One?" is ASB since it would have altered human history so much as to make the question impossible.
A artificial Doggerland (I mean, built by humans) would work though. Ever heard of the plans to recover the Doggerland landmass?
