I don't have much hope of winning this fortnight.
On the other hand, I'll be sending out PMs to find out how my opponents made their maps.

I know, right? It reminds me of a fallen empire from Stellaris, or maybe a tomb world from 40k.*MOTF kinda slumbering for several months*
*Suddenly one challenge results in some of the best maps the entire internet mapmaking community does in the year*
That has almost become a pattern.
Hmm, fair enough - well feel free to ignore if so! Been a long while since I've submitted for one of these lol@TheReformer your submission is beautiful & frankly I’d probably vote for it myself but IIRC your map has to have been made
1) specifically for the contest
2) within the fortnight that the contest takes place in
not something you made earlier.
Yay! Thank you all and congrats to the Reformer, that map was amazing. In one of the closest races in current MotF history, congrats to @Quel2324 for winning MotF 280: News of the World with their map of The Verge of the War on Booze. One week until the close of MotF 281: Valedictorian.
Dark humour is because I didn't get tagged and assumed my map wouldn't be counted, I didn't vote...Yay! Thank you all and congrats to the Reformer, that map was amazing.
Highly encouraged. If the person is no longer active here, let me know and we can chat about it. Otherwise, you should be asking permission. Is it required to have approval from the original author (just like in that MOTM 5 years ago)?
I recommend uploading to DA or Imgur and then linking the photo.I've been trying to publish my map for a while now, but it's too big. I don't know how to reduce its weight without ruining it.
