Shrink USNE considerably, especially remove Caribbean parts. Also Spain needs a bridge of former colonies to the Pacifica thing.
Also, I can't tell, does Pacifica have OTL borders? If so, CHANGE THEM!

Also give USNE that bit belonging to Sweden and give the Alban colonies to Norway / Norwegian Greenland to Alba

It is a transliteration from the Aleut so the spelling should probably be different, I'd suggest Alyeshka, Alaxsa or Alasak.

Someone Alaska name and claim some Caribbean / Central American colonies. Please no independent Caribbean, and don't hog it all :)
