A nation there would almost certainly be independent, or part of the surrounding states. I don't think that Somalia would take a colony that does not have a coast, let alone one in that particular location.

Yea thats true but there is no way to get a coast by now but we could always change it to some independent Inuit country just give it a name somebody.

OK, since Aquitania got relatively small holings in Africa, and this small Dominion. I think it should dominate South Terranova or Oceania.

I'm not sure I follow your reasoning, to me the odd omission here is the lack of Iberian colonies in north/central Terranova or the carribean. If Kairos or the creator of the other spanish muslim state are reading this, I'd suggest they should consider some sort of muslim colonial or ex-colonial state in South Terranova.

It just seems weird for nations so geographically well-placed in terms of the new world to have no presense there.

If anything I think that there should be no more massive anglo scandinavian colonies in the remaining world to let the other European countries some more colonial control. I agree with the lack of Iberian and Italian colonies...

Well, South France is geographically well-placed for colonization.

I'd agree with that. I like a good brit-wank as much as the next person and the Anglo-Scandinavian Kingdom as a large dominant colonial empire makes sense, but the colonies seem so large and to mirror OTL british empire to such a degree that it could make things a bit boring.

I hope Megaman won't go for an Anglo-Scandinavian Australia, and would be good to see som Iberian and Italian colonies in the new world.

True, and I don't suggest there shouldn't be any more French colonies, but South France is already substantially represented in the new world and you suggested it should "dominate" South Terranova or Oceania which doesn't sound very interesting.

How about New Zealand and a bit of Australia, but others dominate?

That sounds interesting, I like the idea of the French in Oceania, and I'm hoping one nation won't dominate the area but ultimately it will work out how it works out.

Also, can you PLEASE! use the correct NUCS part of Asia when you make the Oceania map?
