Yeah there is a remnant Ottoman Sultanate in OTL Greater Syria. I think the Seljuks replaced them...
Well, they definitely did not conquer Egypt because the Crusader Federation is in the way. I'm thinking of changing the name to the Levantine Federation, but would this include Egypt?

Not sure, if the PoD is in 1200s then probably. It was a pretty general term for the middle east back then so it wouldn't be too out of the question.

The Free Matrialist Republic of Nova-Roma (no relations to the papal states), a union of European Martialists who were banished from their homelands. It also has a relatively big amount of Europeans from colony less countries like Helvetica.

Side note, shouldn't the cape republic get the area around the two African protectorates? seems weird to have such a small country in the space left with two enclaves that take almost half of it's land.

Lol Hafun, Somalia? Its part of the Somali Empire <.< It includes all of Somalia, Eastern Ethiopia/Eritrea and Kenya. :S
