Not being a French speaker, I can only say that French prefers /-ie/ to /-ia/. The liste des pays du monde might help you derive a French name for it, but in English Jouvenetia might still be correct.
@DrTron - I still think Trovador's borders are better. You erase some interesting potential countries when you expand so much.

Great, now you lost your vast and fertile lands in Mato Grosso in exchange for a very mountainous region that certainly had a very different culture from your core lands, as well as a rather big native population.
DrTron, the problem was not the size of your nation: IMO, you could have all of inner Amazonia. Lands in the Andes are not only hard to reach, but also culturally very different, with other style of life etc. More than that, independent nations in inner Brazil would be almost ASB, while nations in the Andes are not.
Please, reconsider your last claims: it's not about the amount of land, but about which land you're taking. Otherwise your nation will be more a very Imperialistic regional power than a respected World Power, given the lands it have - uhnm, sounds like an interesting idea, also.

Another nation: the Republic of Medina, a small land, former Castillian, that received many of the muslims and converted moors that were expelled from Castille.
(Castille seems to have lost a lot of power somewhere in the last 200 years, so this small nation could have been 'liberated' to humiliate Castille in one war)
I didn't give any of the Amazon to it, however, as another power probably grabbed it for itself, even if the Amazon is "de jure" an international river.
