Map Continuation X - Flags and Coats of Arms

Now that MCX approaches the end of the "map phase", we can already start thinking about the scenario in general - and the flags, in particular :p.

---

My ideas for the flag of Mauretana, all based in the Avis Cross (the country is originated from the lands of the Order of Avis in Africa) and/or the flag of Ceuta, which was the first portuguese conquest in Africa (despite the Gyronny being used mostly to indicate cities IOTL, ITTL it can have a different meaning)

All of them use colours that have high contrast against their neighbours (specially with the white/blue of Portugal and the gold/red of Castille).

The ideas are:
1)Sable and Argent Gyronny with a vert Cross of Avis in the center
2)Sable and Argent Gyronny with a vert Cross, in the center
3)Vert and Argent Gyronny
4)Argent with a Cross of Avis in the center, like the flag of Avis Order
5)Or with a Cross of Avis in the center

Which one do you prefer?

I really like the first and the fifth proposal:

The first one feels very Portuguese, the fifth one African.

Anyway, I also created two flags thus far:

The Grand Duchy of Tirol has a very simple flag: a tricolor with the Tirolian CoA in the centre. The colours are derived from the flags of OTL's Tirol Province (Austria, red and white) and the Trentino-Südtirol Region (Italy, white and blue). The CoA itself is also lifted from the Tirol Province.

The Livonian Confederation's flag has a very simple symbolism: the cross pattee originates from the Coat of Arms of the Livonian Brotherhood of the Sword, the colours are also derived from the LBofS (red and white) and the Teutonic Order (black and white). Seeing how the countries political and economic elite is Baltic German, it is only sensible to have this shown in the flag as well.

Here's the flag I've made for Jouventia. The central emblem is a sun intended to recall the eight-pointed star of the native Mapuche.

And for the Khanate of the Altan Kipchak. The basic desgin is actually one I found for a theoretical state in modern-day Syria. However, Kazakhstan has been known to use the Rub al-Hizb as well, so I borrowed the theme.

I think we need to devise a symbol for Logicism before I can develop my flag for Hungary. Any ideas from the other Logicial nations' owners?

Logicalism is like fascism in some ways, so there are no symbol for it, I would recommend traditional Hungarian symbols.

Based on the name, I would be inclined to use geometric shapes or mathematical symbols...

I like it! And light blue says to me "Central Asia" more than "Arab world."

Or if you want a more classic and simple design!

That's similar to this one I once made for a very similar imperial Portugal. The CoA would probably not be this different from OTL, though, given our point of divergence:
