Utter BS. My claim was more than legitimate if limited to trade posts in the northernmost islands, which would only reduce and not exclude the English colonies. Add to this the fact that you didn't even refute my arguments, I'm left with the feeling that you're just being an ass about this because you know I'm right

And, of course, this is without taking into account the fact that England managed to get a colony in the Pacific, going through Gaelic territory (which probably won't be too friendly to the English) without ANY reasonable means to get there
