I don't know, it's not my nation and we haven't worked out any of the history yet.

A great deal of your claim overlaps with the claim of Carantania [though I'm not sure if that's realistic]. I think the area that includes Venice itself and a part of Italy is safe, though.

You're not understanding me.

You can definitely have Venice [the city] and the surrounding area, it is possible that the owner of Carantania won't let you have Dalmatia and Istria, though. And it's also possible that the nation of Carantania won't even be allowed, as it may be unrealistic.
