[Man in high castle] What happens next for the sole woman who survived the travel?

In the early scenes of The Man in High Castle's season 3 episode 10 Mengele attempts to sent four test subjects through the interdimensional portal with 25% success rate. The sole woman who got through the portal didn't leave any traces unlike the other 3 due to a variation of Pauli exclusion principle so what will happen next for her if she ends up in our world?

If she was dead in the alternate universe and is now alive again, it's gonna raise questions. It can very well be that the other universe's United States also knows about this and are completely covering it up from the public, with the anomaly being something like Area 51. Once she is in the other universe, she gets captured by the US authorities, then iterrogated and studied by the CIA, so they may very well believe her story. What happens next is anyone's guess (new identity given to her?) but the US will do anything it can to prevent the world from knowing that she is an alternate version of someone already dead in their universe.
