Make this alternate map of the Caucasus happen

See https://twitter.com/joshuakucera/status/907486087391707136 for background. OK, Gorgas, Atropia, and Minaria are obviously Georgia, Azerbaijan, and Armenia. But can you actually create Donovia (perhaps it comes our of a Russian Civil War which the Bolsheviks don't totally win)? And can the "Kemalia" and "Ariana" on this map be split off form the rest of Turkey and Iran, respectively?

Perhaps some post-Russian Empire Confederation that comes into existence (following a more successful war against the Turks where Armenia doesn't lose all of their land in OTL Turkey), where the listed states are actually entities within a fairly loose confederation that grouped together more to protect themselves from any outside power looking to annex them all.

Ariana, I guess, would possibly be an Azerbaijani-majority state that later rebels from an Iran that is unstable (maybe it falls to the communists as well, with other pieces existing as post-Soviet Iranian states). Then everything falls apart later on in an invasion but, for a little while, the map would have been accurate?

Is there a required date for doing this?

Pre-Tsarist Russia taking them over, there was not just one Georgian kingdom but two, sometimes three, co-existing

Circassia also comes to mind, which would be around the Northern area, and in the Crimean War it was a discussed political aim of the Allies to create/confirm it as an independent state

Azerbaijan also, IIRC, included more than one polity in the early 19th century, and Southern Azerbaijan (what is now in Iran) was part of this interplay, which as a whole was loosely under Persian suzerainty

Well, if after the Bolshevik war, Transcaucasia decided to split.....and if the Caucasus minorities in Turkey and Iran declared independence.....
