Make the Hohenzollerns the royal family of Poland

Probably best way is that instead taking Polish parts of Poland on 18th century Prussia puts someone Catholic Hohenzollern as puppet king.

German Empire wins WW1, and places a Hohenzollern on the throne of the Kingdom of Poland after the war.

Why not just let a Hohenzollern prince - the son of the Elector of Brandenburg's second marriage to Jadwyga, eldest daughter of Sigismund I, succeed Sigismund II instead of a Vasa? Marry said Hohenzollern prince to Anna Wasa to keep the peace (after she converted to Protestantism a match with the elector of Brandenburg was proposed) and the Hohenzollerns are the new kings of Poland?

Of course, we can just go back to the previous century and let Jogaila's daughter survive to marry the elector of Brandenburg and get a similar result.

Vienna Congress, Kingdom of Poland is made of Prussian and Austrian Partitions and is in personal union with Prussia, making Poles about half of population.

He died before Sigismund II (who considered him as a possible heir).

I don't really see anything except no uprising in it's land. But i've seen it as way of returning to the status quo ante bellum, before napoleonic wars.

I've had a thought that the hohenzollerns can get elected to a king in the PLC (and maybe transition to a heireditary monarchy later).

What about Duke Albrecht Friedrich of Prussia? He was supposedly, as a descendant of Casmir IV, a serious candidate in the 1573 election but lost due to his Protestantism and the opposition of Jan Zamoyski. So either have him win the election in 1573 or not go crazy and potentially win in 1576 (the crazy thing would be necessary in either event). Could be an interesting scenario.

I once made thread about this in Polish site. Such POD has great potential-Albert Frederick would be at the same time elective King of Poland and hereditary Duke of Prussia, something several elective kings dreamed about-it makes transition of PLC into hereditary Hohenzollern realm easy.
