Louise Borgia is born male

What it says on the tin, how might this affect Italian Renaissance politics, long and short term.

She was 6/7 when Cesare died, 14 when she was orphaned, what sort of ruler (if he had anywhere to rule) might Louis/Cesar II Borgia be?

He'd be Duke of Valentinois, Lord of Chalus and nephew of the King of Navarre - even being male I don't see him holding onto any of his father's Italian properties. Best case scenario he grows up in France and marries into the high nobility there, perhaps doing a bit better than Louise thanks to military service.

Maybe a Navarrese infanta as a wife? There were several d'Albret princesses who were pushed into convents (I assume for lack of suitors) or even Madeleine de la Tour d'Auvergne or Filiberta of Savoy since the French might decide to use Louis Cesar Borgia instead of the de Medici?
