When the Soviets shot down Royal Dutch Airlines Flight 146 the Turkish people didn't care about this because they have a big problems.But when Turkish people learned it's route they shocked because this plane coming Turkey.So TBMM (Council) passed the Emergency Management Act.To the this act police officers (including traffic wardens) had a weapons and if they are in danger they can use.Also hospitals didn't serve diseases like flu or headache.Finally you will need ration card to get some grains.This enforcement did in World War Two.Representatives say Prime Minister Turgut Özal will talk about this attack.
The Private watch the tv in the barracks.He is doing his military service in the heart of Turkish politics,Ankara.He is thought about his love,Ayşe.Suddenly he is hearing Turgut Özal's voice.Turgut Özal is telling sanctions to Soviet Union.
The Communist is reading Karl Marx's book with listening Cem Karaca's songs.He knows both of them banned but he doesn't care about this.He got out of prison last month.At that time his mother call him to listen Turgut Özal. He say "I don't want listen this capitalist" and he is finished his book.

Dear citizens of Turkey,we are in a threat. This threat's name is Soviet Union.We will fight against this devil or we will die. They want to take our independence but we will fight for the our independence.Also if Soviet Union continue this agression we will embargo against Soviet Union and if our friends fight against this devil we will fight against this devil.But we need power against Soviet Union.So I think this law is necessary.No questions,please.

Chapter Two
Turkish Government started deploy the soldiers Soviet and Bulgaria Border. Also government started a voluntary military service campaign. To the this campaign army needs 500.000 men but one million people admitted. Government needs supplies so government started "Yeni Tekalif-i Milliye" (national liability orders) campaign started. People give everything to soldiers. For example one farmer gave nine-tenths of their cows.Other side peace supporters and socialists started peace protests.In the protests,a ultra nationalist traffic warden kill three college students.Istanbul Police Department defended him.
The Private was frightened.Because he doesn't want die. His captain called him.He is really scared.But when he came his captain's office he is relaxed because his captain make him his batman.He is talking with his captain.
The Communist was in peace protests.He was see three dead student.Even worse he knew one of them.They are go to the same high school.But she went to college but he went to prison.Now she is dead.He is escaping from police.
The Teacher is angry.Because thanks to the Ogarkov and Reagan war will break out and she doesn't educate kids.He saw soldiers.He heard muhtar's (local authority of village) announcenment about "Yeni Tekalif-i Milliye".She is always side of peace

Chapter Three
Turkish Government started plans for possible war by compression of the NATO.This plans more different than Emergency Management Act.To the first plan (Milli Egemenlik Planı) if war breaks out Turkey will would divide seven local administration commision.All of them this authorities expect Eastern Anatolian Local Administration will have civilian administrator and military administrator.But Eastern Anatolian Region have only military administrator because it is near the Soviet Border.Local administration commision had a civil defence expert,a police commissioner from littlest city of region (Because other cities needed police commissioner) and a food officer.Government will announce second plan.

The Private’s captain selected civil defence expert in Central Anatolian Local Administration Commision.So private went to Konya.He is happy because his village in Konya and Konya isn’t nesecarry for Soviet.He is sitting in shelter and listening his captain.
The Communist was frightened because he listened Kenan Enver.To the second plan (Hıyanet’i Vataniye Planı) all of them this subversives will arrested.Also if war breaks out looters,killers and subversives will executed.He is now crying in his room.
The Teacher isn't happy.Because the commander came in the village turn school into field hospital.She doesn't like the commander.Because commander is daydreamer .To the commander all Turks will united.She knows Turan Union impossible.She is always side of peace.

Chapter Four
Turkish Government started third plan (Milli Hazineler Planı).To the this plan sacred relics in Topkapı Palace and Atatürk’s personel items in Anıtkabir will move to Ak Medrese and Sarı Han.This places used in World War Two.But plan didn’t handle because nationalists don’t pass trucks.To the nationalists if government replace sacred relics and Atatürk’s personel items they are accepting defeat against Soviet Union.Government is confused because government officials and NATO officials knew this plans (expect first and second plans).So man hunting started in government.After man hunting CIA and MIT found Soviet spy.This spy is tea house owner in TBMM (because War Commision in the TBMM). Also NATO started deploy his missiles to Soviet Border.
