Longer WWI

I believe this has been discussed before, but the search brings little.

What's the longest WWI could have lasted? What would be the consequences for Europe and history as a whole?

Well, if Germany could make its economy more efficient (like using more mass production methods) and avoid the Hindenburg Program, then they could probably last into 1920, and Germany's ability to survive blockade is the main constraint on how long the war can last.

1919. Britain was tired, France was tired, Russia in civil war, AHE and Ottomans collapsing under their own weight, Germany starving and in the beginning stages of a potential civil war.

Someone would fall eventually, and the other side would win.

I agree and probably not far into 1919. I suspect you'd have peace talks by March as sides tried to bring an end before they collapsed. However, those talks might not progress and you might have collapse in early summer, probably Germany.
