1) How likely is an English reformation?
Probably butterflied. Reformation as well.
The PoD is simply too early to have a real grasp at history in the XVth century.
2) Is industrial revolution prevented, postponed or brought forward?
I don't really see how it would impact that : we're talking about a global phenomenon.
3) Any other big impacts on England and Europe?
- No English/French rivality on France. Capetian takeover would be slower, but more safe.
- Maintain of a quasi-feudal Saxon society, with possibly maintain of slavery up to the XIIth century. It may impact English development, making the region still a bit backwater for a little while.
- Most probably no Davidian Revolution equivalent as well, and other OTL influences (Hiberno-Normans or Hiberno-Cambric). Gaelic and Cymbric structures are less influenced by feudal society (Scotland may look a lot more to Ireland or Wales, regarding kingship for instance)
-Possible, but not probable, maintain of Scandinavian invasions up to the end of the century.
For more long term consequences, England may stay away from continental affairs more longer than IOTL, with consequences on its development and relationship to Europe (an even more important islandish isolationnism?).
Transmission between Scandinavian regions and the rest of Europe may pass as well trough England than trough Germany. Maybe more.
