Lloyd-George-ocracy 1910-1925 or 1916-1930

What would Britain have been like and still be like if Lloyd George was a prime minister with a parliamentary majority from 1910-1925? Or 1916-1930?
What would get done in those years?

It is really hard for me to see Lloyd George staying on as Prime Minister through the late or even mid-1920's. Bonar Law and the Conservatives in 1918 allowed Lloyd George only 150 "couponed" Liberals. That mean that he was at the mercy of the Conservatives; they could drop him as Prime Minister any time they wanted to, and they were very likely to do so before too long. The Chanak crisis provided the excuse in OTL but if not for it, some other excuse would be found, like the "sale of honours" scandal of 1922. The alternative way for Lloyd George to retain power after 1918 would be reunion with the Asquith Liberals. As I indicate at https://groups.google.com/d/msg/soc.history.what-if/h9Pfm5FkXqI/5-qUjNJHA88J I don't think this is totally inconceivable, but even if it could be accomplished, I still think the Liberals would lose. (The Asquith and Lloyd George Liberals did reunite in OTL in 1923 in reaction to Baldwin's embrace of protectionism, but by that time Labour had overtaken the Liberals as the largest non-Conservative party).
