If Mars could be shown to be even marginally habitable, there would already be explorers there looking for exploitable mineral deposits at the very least!

I dont know if life being on mars would make much of a diffrence right now, at least in my everyday life.

And the Bible does not talk about many things, like thermonucler reations, simply because it isnt metioned doesnt mean it cant exist

It would affect the development of human civilization a lot. Mars would appear blue to us rather then red so would be assosiated with a different God, the knock on effects of this will lead to massive changes.
