little entente/other alliance

little entente was made up from Czechoslovakia, Romania and Yugoslavia, Balkan entente (pact) was made from Romania, Yugoslavia, Greece and Turkey. so...
what if both alliances were to be combined? both had Romania and Yugoslavia in it, could they work all together?
i know that they wanted to have Greece and Poland in little entente at the beginning, but it was no deal because of the Polish-Czechoslovak border dispute. could they settle the dispute?
and if by any chance this super-alliance does not collapse, how would it affect WW2?
have fun!

Before Munich, it might have worked (and maybe encouraged France and Britain to go to war too). But in August/September '39, Poland gets attacked, the rest say "Ummm, we're not that sure we want to fight the Germans right now... maybe sometime in the futre (Not).

Greece was pretty much a no-go due to its claims on parts of Southern Yugoslavia, and due to its animosity towards Turkey. Both Turkey and the Kingdom of Serbs, Croats and Slovenes were far more important allies than Greece (which was decidedly low-tier).
The Polish problem could have been fixed, but it would have required the direct involvement and arbitration of France (possibly Britain as well). However, while France was the main actor behind the two agreements, they didn't want to take an active role in policing the pacts (a decision which eventually came back at them full speed).
