If we can get past Zombie Bismarck -- does anyone have any ideas or thoughts on the OP?

I was thinking Heinrich Bruning could continue as Chancellor until after the late 1932 elections, then resign after changes to the Reichstag are inadequate. From there, the SDP may be able to clammer together an alliance that can last about a year, before the Nazis (or a faction therein) finally give up on Hitler and form their own coalition government. After the 1936 elections, the Centre Party once again rises to predominance and is able to form a comfortably stable government.

Chancellors
Heinrich Brüning (1930-32) (Z)
Hans Vogel (1932-33) (SDP)
Gregor Strasser (1933-35) (NSDAP)
Kurt von Hammerstein-Equord (1935-36) (Independent)
Heinrich Brüning (1936-39) (Z)

After that, right now I tentatively have Brüning rising to the Reichspräsidentschaft in 1939; after that...?

Is this fine?

Ok, let's see if we can keep this going: Say there are elections and Konrad falls from power, replaced by Kurt Schumacher (SPD); four years later, 1944-46, new elections are held, and Adenauer returns to the Chancellorship. His government lasts another four years. Then the DVP comes to power, first in the Reichstag, then through the Presidency...
