In this ATL, the Americans do MUCH better in the war. Liberals take control of Parliment, and King Gergoe is killed. The Kingdom of Great Britan joins the United States of America with the capital at New York. All British subjects are now U.S Citizens.

There was never any goal of having Great Britain join the US and besides which the US would be the junior partner to Britain in this scenario.
