Limited US/USSR nuclear war in 1967

By limited, I mean that no more than 100 or so bombs are detonated. The Soviets launch first.

I want to know the specifics of the bombs, for example how they are delivered and their yield, and the areas initially targeted. How many of the bombs will fall outside of the US/USSR? Which major cities could possibly go unscathed?

What flash point do you have in mind, the Arab-Israeli Six Day War?

FYI - Here's a link to a brief thread covering similar ground from last winter. It contains a few interesting & pertnant comments:

Well it would be an interest idea, but limiting it to just those 100 bombs would be a bit difficult surely.
