Less of a Jewish diaspora, a Jewish Palestine from the end of the Roman Empire

1) How could this have happened?

2) Would this reduce European anti Semitism?

3) How would such a state relate to growing Islamic influence?

4) If other otl events happened how big is the risk of a full on Crusader genocide?

Let's assume that for whatever reason the Romans don't disperse the Jews, and butterflies don't do away with Jesus. Go even more wing flapping and even if Constantine does Christianize the Roman Empire non-Christians are not stomped on so hard. This allows Palestine to be majority (significantly) Jewish with a Christian minority, some random pagans, and is a province of the Eastern Empire when the split happens. When the Arab conquests now what? I am not convinced a Jewish Palestine under the Eastern Empire will be more resistant than OTL, and if Palestine has fallen away from the Empire by then could they resist conquest.
