Len Bias Story

Jordan got injured for nearly the entire '86 season after breaking his foot. It's not that much of a stretch for Jordan to become one of those ''injury prone'' players who never achieves his full potential. With Benji & Len Bias alive, however, it's on you what effects that would have.
I think it would be quite cool. It would leave the door open for many teams to snatch championships

Anything that could happen to Jordán and bull dynasty itself is worth a timeline alone, So with increased competition and talent( benji, bias bros, etc) there chance for a team to break it.

Nope San Antonio since 2001 (5 years old) I just want to see what would happen. I mean he would still show flashes here and there. Like TMac

Jordan was everything Kobe fans think Kobe was but wasnt. I didnt even like the Bulls but he was so amazing. Just when you thought you had him he destroyed you. When the game was on the line he had a level of unmatched competitiveness and the athletic ability/skills to deliver.

True with Benji and Bias alive and a possible Jordan career change this a basketball massively multiplayer.

Like the Knicks/Rockets finals in 94? Yuk. Cavaliers might have won a title. Payton, Malone, Drexler, and Barkley probably get a title.

Yes and some people think Bias could have become that...

You forget that with so many good players and teams the NBA might have a golden era. Dream matches between opponents who never met. New rivalries

Jordan not being Jordan severely damaged basketballs success not just in the US but around the world. And that's pretty dangerous, because a lot of players and fans won't ever get involved in basketball.

Benji and Bias being alive could start a rivalry like magic and bird that could bring a lot of people into the NBA. I mean Bias was to many the next Jordan. However I may not do a Jordan injury just in case.

I definitely like the rivalry, but what if there was a Trifecta? Benji on the Pacers, Jordan on the Bulls, Bias on the Celtics. They just take turns making it to the Finals and running over the Lakers or Jazz or whoever else.

I like Reggie Lewis/Len Bias battling Jordan/Pippen in the finals every year.

Expansion really watered things down. IMO, its a big reason why offense suffered so much from the late 80s until the early 00's. Officiating was also a big reason. But you didnt have 5 man lineups like the Celtics, Sixers, and Lakers had in the 80s anymore. That and free agency changes around 1988 or so made it easier for guys to change teams, also diluting strong teams. So, I dont think you get a golden era unless Bias is every bit as good as Jordan. And it would be better if Bias was battling Jordan. Dont mess with Jordan! :)

I feel like I'm the only person that doesn't think that the league getting "watered down" was a bad thing. So many more guys are important and more guys get the chance to show what they're made of. There's a reason that as many teams have won championships in the past five years as they did in all of the '90s or something like that.
