Empress Matilda bears a son with her husband Henry V of Holy Roman Empire named Henry and a daughter named Marie and her brother William Adelin survives and does not board the White Ship in 1120 and bears a son with his wife, Matilda named William who later becomes the king of England.

On 1130, William Adelin betrothes his son, William to Eleanor of Aquitaine and sends her to Normandy, William was appointed the duke of Flanders by William Clito but it is ruled by a regency.


Guilhem died without male heirs thus Eleanor of Aquitaine spent her childhood in Normandy until in 1136 when they are married and becomes the king of England, Count of Flanders, Duke of Normandy and the Duke of Aquitaine(From his wife).
