League of Nations analog in CP Victory?

Going off all the CP Victory threads lately, is a League of Nations/UN/G8 type body foreseeable in such an event? What would it try to promote and what issues would it concern itself with? Who would join, assuming it's set up by the Central Powers?

The League of Nations was very much based on moral propaganda and the conceit that the liberal democracies had faced off against the evils of militarism for the benefit of the world.

I don't think the Central Powers would have been able to create such credible propaganda, and in any case a Central Victory is probably not going to be so decisive.

There is not really a defeated 'boogeyman' to use as the scapegoat for the Great War upon which such an organisation can be built.

The system of conferences and such like had already evolved something a little like the LoN and had actually done a pretty good job. I can't really see a similar step being taken by the CP.

Maybe, a weaker form would appear amongst the defeated and/or neutral states?

If the revolution still succeeds in Russia, how long do you think it will be before the Kaisereich tries to host international discussions with France and Britain on how to contain communism?

That could be the genesis of such an organization.

That would probably turn into something more military, like NATO or the anti-Comintern pact. I'm thinking more of a legal body.

As I understood it, the League was essentially Wilson's idea. So I suppose if the USA doesn't get involved in the war, but is asked to help broker the peace somehow, then perhaps Wilson could use that to push the idea of the League. Even if the US gets involved in the war, but the Entente still lose, then Wilson could set up a similar style organization.
