LDPR Alternatives for Zhirinovsky

For my sequel to Crisis in the Kremlin, I'm considering having Zhirinovsky getting assassinated in 1996-2000 period. If this were to happen, who would have succeeded him as the leader of the LDPR?

Extra: If you could provide me with links to information about this hypothetical successor that would be dandy!

LDPR is personalist party of Zhirinovsky, not ideological. Afther his death, party will collapce, I think.
