Lavr Kornilov's coup succeeding

In late summer 1917, Lavr Kornilov started a coup, that naturally failed.

But What if it succeeded?

Kornilov was a reactonary general, so I guess Russia would return to Absolute Monarchy, or there'd be a large anti-Kornilov rebellion and a completely different Russian Civil War.

AFAIR Kornilov wasn't big fan of monarchy. He did not have any program worth talking about, though, except vague "restoration of law and order".

I would think he would set up a militarist-republic... with a junta ruling for a couple years (to destroy the socialists), and then democracy introduced with Russia, but with a very strong executive branch and a very independent military-industrial complex by comparison to other countries.

It depends. A loth of things need to go wrong befor we gett annything as bad as OTL Sovjetuinon. If russian can reach roughtly the same growth i did pr-wwI we would see a much stronger russian economical. We dont really know what kind of russia he whanted to restor, pr 1917, 1914,1905??

If he stays on as "Vohzd" what will happen when he dies/is toppled?

Would the Nazi Party still have come to power?

Would Russia have continued fighting?

Would Russia have control of Finland and Poland?

Not saying ruissa under stalin was not industrialised.
But if remove the heavy goverment had we could see a different russian ecconomi, no usa ban on russian wood in the 20, more light goods for consumer industris, more people and so forth.
