Oh my. Lets see:
You sometimes get Republik right, but at others time its Republic...
America:
Puerto Rico would be "Freistaat Puerto Rico"
What is Ecuadors state title supposed to mean, in English? Alliance? Very unusual for state titles... maybe in such a context it would be translated as Allianz. Allianz Ecuador... sounds kinda odd...
I suppose Bolivis is supposed to be national socialist? Hence it would be Bolivianische Nationalsozialistische Republik.
Chile... hm, gramatically Sozialrepublik Chile works, so, okay.
Whats Argentina supposed to be in English?
Africa:
"Koalition der Afrikanischen Freistaaten"
Ostafrikanische Gemeinschaft... uh, I think. Its supposed to be "East African", right?
Französisch-Westafrika
Vereinigte Republik Kamerun und Guinea
Europe and Arabia:
Westeuropa-Reich is gramatically right but bad expression. Either its Reich Westeuropa, or Westeuropäisches Reich if its supposed to be an adjective.
"Östliches Reich" is correct, but I wonder what its supposed to be...
Republik Jemen, its written with J in German.
Arabische Föderative Emirate. I think. Even if federative of course is a bit of an odd term, but Föderativ(e) would be the German form, in any case.
Asia:
Unabhängige Republik Kasachstan
Whats Iran even supposedto mean? "Democratic Annex" or so? Whats that?
Vizekönigreich Indien (wasnt it a Vice-Emperorship, though, not a Vice-Royalty? In which case it would be Vizekaiserreich Indien)
Sibirische Sowjetrepublik
Konstitutionelle Monarchie Groß-Japan... but usually the stateform "constitutional monarchy" is not in state titles, now is it?
Republik der Philippinen
Tibet - again this "Anschluss"... what?
Oceania and Antarctica:
Freistaaten von Ozeanien (I dunno... here "von" might be appropriate, for the same reason its Vereinigte Staaten von Amerika)
Reich Neuseeland (but seriously, an Empire of New Zeland?

)
Antarktische Vertragsorganisation (though in NATO its usually translated as Paktorganisation, but if its just an antarctic treaty like IOTL that wouldnt fit). Hence the abbreviation on a German map should be AVO, not ATO
Lower right corner:
Sowjetrepubliken
Ostafrikanische Union
Faschistische Staaten seit 1938/Unterkunft ehemaliger Parteimitglieder
Nationalistische Republik China
Schweizer Eidgenossenschaft (a term only used specifically for Switzerland). And 1847 by the way, IIRC.
Hm. Singapore and Australia are problematic. The usual translation of commonwealth would be Gemeinschaft, but not really in a political sense, so its mostly left untranslated. I dont think this timelines Germany would do that, though... so Gemeinschaft Singapur und Gemeinschaft Australien.
Apart from all that, as said, erasing all those superfluous "von"s.
