Latin America in a tripartite cold war

Say No Operation Barbarossa, Japan is defeated as otl and the axis is still thrown out of Africa. Cold war between America,Germany and the Soviet Union.

How would Latin America look in a three way cold war

Would the Military dictatorships play the United States and Germany off each other or would they throw their lot in one camp or another

Is this Nazi Germany or some ATL-Revanchist Germany which isn't nazi?
Nazi Germany would seek to have as little trade as possible with Latin America. The USSR and the USA wouldn't, but since the former is communist, Latin America would gravitate towards the later. It's an open question whether the USSR would use proxies to try to make Latin America go red (as they did through Cuba IOTL) in a world where antagonizing the USA might lead to an American-German alliance against them.

If Germany it's not nazi, then Latin America would trade with all three powers. Soviet influence would be seen as dangerous due communism, while it's reasonable that Germany would play the anti-American card in Latin America

Any reason besides Autarky?
Well, no, just autarky. Of course, a lot depends on how the war ends. Is this Nazi Germany self sustaining or, as much as they dislike it, they need to import stuff Latin America exports? Even in that case, I hardly see Nazis approaching Latin America, considering they'd see natives and mestizos as a lesser race. They may try to diplomatically engage the "whiter" parts of Latin America (ie, the Southern Cone), but they'd be reluctant partners at best. At "best", and depending on the state the UK leaves the war and if Nazi Germany remains a net food importer, I'd see an Argentina trying to rely on Germany to (fail to) fight American influence in South America like they'd often tried under the British umbrella during the first half of the 20th century. But it boils down, a lot, to the Nazis interest in trade, or the lack of such, and the state in which the British Empire is after the war.

I'm not mentioning the Holocaust as a factor because most of the worst of it may remain unknown or rumored (Nno Eisenhower making people take tours to the concentration camps IITL) and because IOTL, Stalin and Mao's atrocities never interfered with realpolitik

Would a Nazi Empire be self sustaining without the Soviet Union?

They did approach non-white powers and people before and during world war 2 so any reason as to why they wouldn't for South America? also aren't the elite in most of South America not mixed or natives ?

No, but it depends on how much, if any, of the USSR they get to conquer

Which ones? Hitler considered the Indians (from India, not Indians as "native americans") aryans and the most of the muslims in North Africa and the Middle East are white.
Yeah, most of the ruling class in Latin America is white, but they aren't committing genocide against their constituents, so they may not fit the nazi racial purity view.

If your talking about Arabs the Nazis never considered Arabs to be white

Another thing a lot of groups that the Nazis considered inferior, The Nazis did ally with, not to mention all the Slavic states or puppets states such as Croatia,Bulgaria,Serbia, and Slovakia

They also supplied Ethiopia during it's war with Italy

I stand corrected. However, if fighting Jews is required, scratch Argentina from a victorious Nazi possible allies, since the country already had a Jewish community. Uruguay and Chile don't have the diplomatic weight (well, Argentina didn't either) to challenge the USA influence in the region and, depending on the POD, Brazil might have ended as one of the allies before this ATL WW2 ends.
So we'd have a Latin America pretty much aligned with the USA with maybe Soviet backed communist parties.
