Latest Possible POD for a Britwank?

1914 at the very latest. A non-combatant UK could supply war materials to both sides. this would enrich the London bankers instead of New York.

Possible but risky. Unless the allies are better led they will probably go down after 2-3 years and that leaves a militant, expansionist Germany controlling the bulk of the continent. It may be too exhausted and collapse in the following years. However could go badly wrong.

For a lasting Britwank I would pick an earlier POD where the settler colonies were given representation in the House of Commons to bind them to the mother country.

The main problem with that would be to get them to accept the responsibilities of citizenship. Most especially be willing to pay their share of defence spending. After the experience with the US colonies British leaders tended to be unwilling to try and get over that barrier.

I think part of the problem with the question is how are people defining a wank? Britain doing considerably better than OTL is fairly easy. Keeping Britain as one of the top 2-3 powers is a lot more difficult. Also what do you define as Britain? I have played around with a rather fluky TL with a POD in 1940 and has the Britainnic Federation, including Canada, Austalia, New Zealand and parts of Africa, emerging in ~1952 as the world's leading power and staying that way for the rest of the century. However it requires a fair bit of luck in timing and supreme bad judgement by one power at a key point.

On the 1st point a possible alternative is Britain strictly limits participation and/or requires plenty of compensation from the US for assistance to clear up a lot of the war debts.
