Later intervention by UK into WW1

I've raised this previously (https://www.alternatehistory.com/discussion/showthread.php?t=310913) which helped me firm things up a great deal.

I want to talk now about post war.

Assuming the following:

  1. Because of internal problems, the UK doesn't send the BEF as OTL (or perhaps only a token force).
  2. British troops don't arrive until early 1915.
  3. Germany gets much further into France than OTL as a consequence, probably still going through Belgium, and perhaps takes Paris.
  4. France sues for peace leading to crippling financial settlement and loss of territory, forced reduction in army and navy. War over by say early 1916.
  5. Germany can turn East towards Russia with more force.
Consequences:

  1. US never enters war and remains isolationist at least towards Europe.
  2. France is antagonistic towards UK, blaming them for outcome.
What else?

  1. Is there likely to be an earlier revolution in Russia with a more active Eastern Front?
  2. Germany had its problems towards the end of the war and was near revolution itself. Could that be averted or would a bitter war in Russia still be a trigger?
  3. If France makes peace how would Britain react? Would we make a truce or keep fighting? I can't see how, other than a blockade.
  4. What would happen in Belgium? Would it remain occupied? What about Netherlands - or Denmark?
  5. Focusing on Britain an early end to the war means less involvement also of Empire Troops. What would be the consequences if any?

1.With France out early, Russia comes to the table early and revolution is averted for the time being...
2.Cakewalk - Tsarist Russia is not the Soviet Union
3.Taps out in exchange for independent channel ports
4.Independent (per above) but loses Congo
5.ANZAC thing at Gallipoli

Once France is beaten, the Germans really have no need to push the Russians to the hilt. Push them back, weaken them maybe but that's as far as they will go. The Germans fear a Russian Revolution as much as the Russians

A very likely scenario once the French are defeated is a general peace at the expense of non-parties (Britain, Italy if they stay neutral). Example here would be the Russians giving up Poland, Finland and the Baltic states and being compensated with Afghanistan and Persia

As for Belgium, its days as an independent country would be over. The Netherlands and Denmark become de facto German protectorates as they would have no means of resistance. The same is probably true of Austria

As for Britain, they are going to be in a real pickle. There is no one left to play off against the Germans and no one is going to trust them again. The industrial might of the continent overwhelms them. The only thing that might save the British is that the Germans won't want the Russians to get their hands on India so a rapid peace might work

Could see Britain turning away from Europe following this and focusing on the Empire. Possibly trying to sound out the US at the cost of throwing the Japanese under the bus.

Any thoughts on the implications of the various UVF units not being incorporated into the Army? I don't think they were part of the BEF, so presumably their non-appearance as pretty much formed units wouldn't have an early impact.
