What would they do there, and how would they get there? Since it's in 1809, they could probably go somewhere not too populated and start a Janissary colony. What would it be called? Alem-i Cedid would be a little ironic, but I like it.

By 1826 the Janissaries were pretty much normal people - most of them were probably already married with families. It was, after all, the women of Istanbul who stopped Mahmud's executions. It would be pretty hard for anyone to obtain slaves to marry in the Americas, although I suppose they could marry Blacks, but they were usually Christian.
