Largest possible Prussia (not germany) that manages to Germanize all of modern day poland. The POD has to be between 1200s and 1350s

Maybe focused on the Teutonic Knights remaining, or the separate Hohenzollern branch that took them over surviving as Prussia, rather than Brandenburg becoming Prussia

Did you notice, that Silesia, though under german rule for almost 6 centuries, however always kept a strong polish minority ?

Why ? Because the germanization of Silesia was made mainly through colonization and not assimilation-germanization.

First, to do so, Prussia would need ... not to be prussian and not to behave the prussian way. It is a little bit the same idea as have the english settlers americanize the amerindians.

Second, you would not have time for this and I think it would be too late. Prussia took control of its biggest part of Poland in the late 18th century. The ethno-cultural identitues was then very strong. And I especially think that, in this case they were too strong because Prussia and Poland were also separated by different religions.

You misread the OP. Prussia. Not Brandenburg-Prussia.

With a PoD between 1200 and 1350 it can be only the Teutonic order.
You still need German settlers. Silesia was colonized mostly in the around 1250. The easiest way seems this:

The Mongols stay in Poland and perform some awful atrocities to reduce the population and turn farming into grazing lands. They finally have to leave in c.1300, pushed by a resurgent Teutonic Order that is resupplied by the Hanseatic League via the Baltic Sea.
By then, the Polish numbers are so reduced that the country is resettled with German immigrants, rural farmers as well as urban artisans and merchants.

But then this TLs Black Plague hits ...

With challenges like this I can only imagine that big PODs like No Mongol Invasion would work. My reasoning is that the survival and eventual unification of a Kiev based Russian Kingdom would be pressing right into the borders of Polish lands. Keeping Halych and Kiev Orthodox and rich would provide a huge pressure on Poland. As the Germans start to expand and crusade into the Baltics and Prussian lands, the Poles might become dependent on German arms to fend off the Orthodox kingdoms.

Considering the close ties between Piasts and Rurikowichs before Mongols' invasion, Poland would more likely ally with Rus against German states.
