Is there anything (barring war) for Belgium to gain Zeelandic Flanders, present day Luxembourg and perhaps a tiny bit of Limburg? Maybe through a more succesful Belgium Revolution?

I think so, I heard that one of the biggest reasons Limburg was part of the Netherlands is because the Dutch realy wanted to retain Maastricht. A large part of Limburg supported the Belgian revolution. Zeelandic Flanders is harder, a large part of them is protestant, which supported the Netherlands. About Luxembourg, i don´t know. You probably get in some trouble with the German Confederation, but maybe the Belgians get the same deal as the Netherlands had, Luxembourg being in personal union with Belgium, while being part of the German confederation.

Could it have some consequences for the Dutch if the Belgium Revolution more succesful? Say, an actual rebellion in 1848? Yeah, I know it was mostly kept under wraps because king William II ''became a Liberal from a Conservative'', but is it possible? About the personal union thing, does Leopold have that influence?

A more succesful Belgian revolution would probably not effect a 1848 rebellion. I think you may be confusing the Dutch kings. The Belgian revolution happened during the reign of Willem I, while in 1848 Willem II was king. Still if Willem II hadn´t become a liberal I think that a revolution would be possible (or else maybe during the reign of his incompetent son).
I think that the most important effects of a Belgian Limburg would be a lack of coalmines in the Netherlands, leading to a poorer Netherlands and an even later industrial revolution. Another thing would be a less influential Catholic faction during the pillarization.

I forgot adding the ''II'' to William, fixed now. Couldn't the Belgians buy Luxembourg or is that ASB?

No idea, I don´t know that much about Luxembourgish history. I think you need someone with more knowledge about the German confederation. The problem is that most of the German confederation was pretty pro-Dutch, at least Prussia and Austria as far as I know (more out of fear for a strong France than a love of the Dutch).
