Language situation in a surviving Ottoman Empire?

So, in a previous thread, we established that even with a 20th century POD the Ottoman Empire can survive.

But what about recognition of non Turkish languages? Assuming it retains it's 1914 borders plus maybe some small areas like Kuwait, Arabic would probably become a co official language alongside Turkish. As the empire modernizes, the Arabic speaking population would grow and a lot would immigrate to the capital. Kurdish may also be official. Greek and Armenian, I'm not sure about.

What do you guys think?

I don't think that the Turkish alphabet would change the way it did in OTL, whatever else happened.
