Kronshtadt Class Carriers

Ok I would like some feed back on this idea. A while back I asked about the Soviets turning some of their light cruisers into light carriers. But I forget about the Kronshtadt Class Battlecruisers being built at the time. I'm looking to see what kind of air wing these would have and how long before they would be in service. In this TL there is no Operation Barbarossa and Russia has time to get ready for war.
