Korea war without Jet.

We said that for some reason the coming of jet planes is delayed by some years, and that in 1950 ATL this technology is not yet fully developed (can be some experimental jet plane as Bell XP 59).

Other events are as in OTL,so we have the Korean war,but without jets.
How change the history of Korean war without jet planes, and which planes
would be used?
I mean not only P-51 mustangs or Corsairs or Lavochkins, but also those piston engine planes developed during WW-II but cancelled for the incoming of jets.

B-29s don't show their age quite so much. Otherwise, jet fighters were quite incidental to the conflict.

Next to P-51 would be F8F Bearcat of Navy play big role in Korea
irony those planes actually played a role in early Korean war before the Jets arrived.
also B-29 Bomber do to lack of Jet Bomber
F-82 Twin Mustang was used in Korean War before the MIG-15 show up, the F-82 are two P-51 join at wings

Also the A-1 Skyraider a propeller driven attack aircraft build in 1945 and used until 1972 !

Don't forget the F4U Corsair. That did actually fly in the war, albeit as an attack aircraft rather than a fighter.

From the British Commonwealth POV this means no Sabres, Meteors or Vampires. Expect lots more use of Spitfires for fighter cover.

The Royal Navy Fleet Air Arm had Seafires (naval Spitfires), Sea Furies and Fairey Fireflies which were all showing their age by then. Without jets development would have brought in the Supermarine Spiteful https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Supermarine_Spiteful and Seafang

I doubt we would have bought US aircraft unless it was for a very specific role.

The RAF did not get seriously involved in the Korean War (transport and recon only) but they would have the Hawker Tempest or Typhoon for ground strike unless they've gone for the Sea Fury as a worthy replacement. The Mosquito would be a major striking force. I doubt we'd use Lancasters.

Without jets the Martin Baker MB.5 would have gone further to the point of replacing some of the Spitfires https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Martin-Baker_MB_5

Australia might have continued with their CA-15 (quite similar to the MB5) https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/CAC_CA-15

RAF pounding pistons in Korea

I agree with most of what Nick P said about British airplanes in Korea .... except that I think the RN FAA contribution would be mostly Sea Furies and Fireflies.
