Is there any way the Kosciusko uprising could've been a success and that Poland could've gained back some territory and didn't get entirely annexed what would they do in the Napoleonic wars?

Barring sudden, highly selective and Poland-friendly epidemies or meteor showers, not really. Poland is weaker than two years ago and the partitioners are at least as strong and cooperate with each other.

Barring miracles, pretty much. I mean to win Poles would have to be highly competent and lucky hundred times, and their enemies just slightly above the level of total incompetence. To survive at this point Poles require something like Miracle of the House of Brandenburg.
