Kingdom of Galicia Lodomeria is instead called as White Croatia

Surely that makes about as much sense as the United States renaming New York City "New Amsterdam" after 1865, right? Sure, the name was an accurate descriptor of what it used to be, but no one would consider reviving it as the modern name for the place.

Isn't Galicia-Lodomeria was once known as White Croatia, I am just imagining is that possible for it to be called as White Croatia since some Poles from that area do identify with White Croatia.
I've not heard that before. Is there an article I can read about it?

On the matter of Galicia and Lodomeria being called White Croatia. It is in my opinion impossible. There was back in the middle ages a posibility of such a state to survive, but for Habsburgs to rename the area it is just beyond belief. It would take a history nut with a soft spot for Croats on the Habsburg thone.

The whole reason the region was called Galicia-Lodomeria was to give some flimsy legitimacy to the Austrian occupation of it - the name comes from the medieval duchy of Galich-Volodymyr which in 14th century was claimed and briefly ruled by the Kingdom of Hungary.

Given that there weren't any Croats (southern slavs), only Ukrainians (eastern slavs) and various other groups (including a bunch of western slavs like Poles and Slovaks, no?), why on EARTH would it be called any sort of Croatia?
